My goodness what a controversy they have on their hands.
They CANT leave out an undefeated FSU with wins over multiple ranked teams.
They CANT put a 1 loss Bama over a 1 loss conference champ Texas WHO BEAT THEM
They CANT put UGA in over BAMA
They CANT leave out undefeated Washington who beat Oregon TWICE
What an insane situation this may be.
If FSU loses this becomes much easier for them.

years ago. They were BOTH ranked above an Ohio State team, both won BIG that last weekend, and both got JUMPED by Urban Meyer's lobbying, and got left home. It would not surprise me to see this in your scenario.

Watch FSU or Michigan crap the bed snd lose tonight.
That makes all this go away for those tough decisions. FSU might be in trouble already, but undefeated conference championship game winners should not be out of playoff

This actually serves the CFP well because, to date, there is no significant controversy in the selections and there has been little justification for any expansion, much less four teams to twelve. Lo and behold, if Alabama and Georgia get left out then let us introduce our new expanded playoff where not only would they have both played - they get to lay ruin to the 11 and 12 seeds as home games.

everything here. If Bama had lost to almost anyone else, this situation would not exist. Of course Bama would get in over Texas. But that's not the situation. Everyone saw Texas beat Bama at Bama and do so fairly handily. The SEC can't make that disappear.
And how do they put Georgia in ahead of Bama AND Texas if Bama beats Georgia and wins the SEC?? I don't see how thats even remotely possible.
