Might be a Hunter Renfrow in that crowd. If only 10% chance, that leaves one that could be the real deal. You never know. Some of the best NFL players come from unknown schools and in the 5th and 6th round. Talent is only good when it is developed to its fullest. That's what coaches are hired to do.

you need walk-ons to have a good scout team. Once the season starts, you don't go live on the ones vs ones hardly at all....
If you don't have a good scout team that can show assignment, alignment and personell, your team won't do well on Saturday.
To be honest, at the end of last year, I don't know how we were able to field a scout team with all the injuries we had.
You need an offensive and defensive scout team... thats 44 players per play, 66 if you have two deep running against your scout team every play in practice.
Take out 15 players for the special team kickers, punters, holders and snappers standing around watching everyone else practice.
You need those bodies...
