Play FSU or Bama
Tell the truth, you’d be more scared of Alabama than FSU. Which is why Alabama is in the playoff LOL

With Jordan Travis playing: Alabama
With FSU's 2nd string: Probably FSU, but it's close
With FSU's 3rd string: FSU.

It’s not about projection. It’s about your body of work. Of course the answer is FSU. Would you rather play Texas or Georgia? Texas of course. The committee got it wrong.

You’d really rather play Texas?
He** no. Not with Quinn Ewers fully healthy and Xavier Worthy fully healthy.

Irrelevant question what someone thinks should have zero to do with it

And using a subjective criteria like “best” opens the door to mischief and prognostications to overrule actual on the field accomplishment through the entire season. Undefeated is undefeated. They are undefeated for a reason. They had the most balanced and consistent team all year and they won, even though in some people’s eyes they won ugly. Winning is winning. Until someone knocks them off, they should have the ability to play the game and settle the debate on the field of play, not in some Gerry rigged committee room full of politically motivated hacks.
Just think if TCU were left out last year, Mich probably would have won that first game. Yet UGA made TCU look like dog crap. But at least TCU got to settle it on the field of play!
This notion of “eye test” is just an excuse for the powers that be to meddle in who THEY want to be in, which is probably more aligned with $$ than anything else. It certainly isn’t football. A playoff should be about the winners who win their games - period! Not some made up “eye test” or “what if” BS. If the committee thought so poorly of FSU, why have them at #4 going into playing #14 and then when they beat #14 they drop them out? ###? Forget how they looked getting that win. Their second string QB would be back and he ain’t chopped liver and their D is something and their RB is NFL bound after this season.
Folks just need to admit it, FSU got jobbed! And with them, so did the ACC. It was pure unadulterated politics to have an all SEC and B1G playoff. Texas is in SEC next year and Wash is in Big next year. That’s the facts!
