He already knows who it is. With the way the portal is now days, and money being throw at them, he has to go ahead and make a decision. I would be Dabo knows and the players know as well.

If everyone returns and a few are added from the portal, a new coordinator could turn this around quickly.

If Dabo has decided or is going to make an outside hire for any position, the prospective hire may be coaching in a CFP or Bowl game. The hiring of Riley was not announced until after the NCG.

I think he's waiting for Brent V to get fired. Shouldn't take too long.

I doubt Wes is going to be replaced. Dabo is too loyal to him and apparently his players love him. Have we not thought that if Dabo fires him or he decides to leave, that we may lose some commits and or current defenders to the portal as a consequence? It happens any time a coach or coordinator leaves a school!

Dabo has class, he isn't going to let anyone go at Christmas or until after New Year's. I'm sure he's already worked the back channels and has a replacement lined up, but he operates as a professional and isn't going to cause unnecessary hardship for anyone during the Holidays and while he is in Boca. Firing WG between the bowl game and this week will not make a difference in the big picture.

After seeing our defense in action I will be surprised if Wes isn’t fired. Poor tackling . No one knows how to tackle.Shoulder hits isn’t wrapping up

The question is, if he has decided to change (and I have no idea if he has) when will he announce it?

He's probably already made all the decisions he's going to make

If he's firing anyone he will be waiting until they get a new job before he announces it. He isn't going to leave someone without a paycheck. That's one of the reasons I like him. When he fires someone it's only announced as them being fired so they can get their severance pay.
Dabo is a first class guy and that's exactly who we need at the HCing position. He isn't filled with negative emotions and a quick trigger finger.
