I mean anyone that doesn't want Wes to stay on the staff is an idiot. I don't want him to be "the guy", but he's a hell of a game planner. He just doesn't know how to handle in game adjustments. Id love to keep him here in an analyst role. Id take him over Conn 1000/1000 times.

Wes did good for himself - will be able to pay the bills in a month
just 250k would be changing for many
he’s good on cash and will find a landing spot to continue coaching
