Wonder what percentage of the Natty crowd was local

I wounder how many in the stadium were:


California Residents
Within (Reasonable) driving distance from California
Traveled by Plane

I know several Clemson folks that live out there, mostly also from my Engineering/Computer Science background. It is Silicon Valley right.....

I bet 1/3 live in Cali? Any way to find out?

must have attracted local/regional people near the last minute.

But then again I don't know if advance ticket sales were as poor as ESPN, etc. liked to make out. The stadium was basically full from what I could tell.

I was at the game.
Locals took part in fan feast but about 1,000 locals at the game

I was at the game as well and there were a lot of locals. We saw many fans with other team gear on. Iowa, Iowa St, Hawaii, Oregon, Auburn, San Diego Chargers, Oakland Raiders, & 49ers just to name a few. There were also many fans with neutral colors. I would predict closer to 10,000 locals of the 74,000 + announced.
