Missouri has only beaten a depleted Georgia team. Other wins: Murray St, Toledo, Indiana, Arkansas St, Vanderbilt, a combined 16-15 record among them.

I think Mizzou is good but UGA is definitely a different team without their star RBs and everyone else that is hurt. I could see UGA losing a couple more in their current state.
