realities are no one knows if LSU or TCU are 11-1 schools or 4-7 schools. We won't know until about five games in so judging how good FSU and CO are is anyone's guess. The same can be said if we beat Duke 60-0 or squeak out a win. It's one game and we have no idea how good we or Duke are at this point. That said, I'm glad FSU had to show everything they have offensively last night and hope that Goodwin in half the coach BV is. He will need to study the film and have the defense ready for FSU's big wide receivers and their elusive QB.

Records are tough to predict, but if you have eyes and know football you could see that Colorado is light years better than they were a year ago.
It was also obvious that FSU is better than they were last year. Physically, talent wise, tenacity, swagger, size, etc….Norvell used the portal to strengthen their weaknesses.
They’re obviously not unbeatable but Clemson will have to be markedly better to beat them again this year.

Private Equity owners - from Kazakhstan, England, Saudi Arabia, and the like -
then the name "Clemson" will only be something that the University rents out each year, and for an ever dwindling sum.
ALL of the investments that were made by good Clemson Alumni over the decades in IPTAY - not the paying of tickets, but the contributions -
will have been whored out completely.
Oh, someone will get paid: the Clemson Admin, the ACC, a few big boosters who provide some local political grease.... yeah, someone will get paid for sure.
But will it even be "Clemson" anymore?
What will it even have to do with a University... or a locale... or some hills... or men named Howard or Ford or Jordan or Tuttle?

Florida State looked great and I think they’re legit. However, what team has more often been over ranked (top 10) at the start of the season than LSU only to wind up at 20? Okay……them and Texas. Take care of business today and we will just see in a few weeks what’s what.
