there exists a Tnet point imbalance that must be fixed, it has been going on for a while. Some of you n abusing the system far too much and will be punished accordingly.
The Column on the left is the point disparity index, or Delta(T) = P*3/1-x
The column on the right is the number of Tnet coins that must be paid out by the end of the month.
