TT sometimes Bc of our other names. I would love to see that consistency out of him. I just can't imagine facing this offense when it's on all cylinders. You can't double team any of our Wrs consistently Bc we'll get you with one of the others or a TE or gallman will run it down your throat. Or dw4 will run it. Man lets keep these guys healthy and go do work. This could be the most complete offense in cfb in some time. We can pass we can play action we can line up win the trenches and power run. Man I'm getting excited right now. TT lets get after it! Go Tigers!

Always thought Sammy was the fastest. We looked at Martavis as quick but we always saw height mainly. Then Martavis gets to the NFL and is leaving NFL guys in the dust. Thompson has height and we all know we don't recruit slow guys. I think he could really emerge as a great weapon.

Go get it Trevion...love that attitude!! Always wanting to learn more and get better at your craft will take you very far in life!! Those that become complacent and stop wanting to get better (at whatever they do) eventually get left behind or replaced.

Did anyone here go to the spring game and see him?

He would make an incredible play on the sidelines and also accrued like 88 yards. Here's my problem tho, and it's been his problem since he got here. Consistency!!! He did make the USC catch but also dropped a wide open pass on the 3yardline against UNC right in front of me. In the spring game he dropped about 75 yards worth of passes from Tucker that were easy open catches across the middle including one for a TD. I love his attitude but if I'm a coach I'm telling him to learn how to catch the ball in traffic without being scared of getting hit first. That's all that separates him from Mike. Mike doesn't flinch at contact across the middle, but Thompson does. That's hard to coach. He's a great boundary possession wr, but don't expect him to make every catch across the middle. If he does master that weakness then ACC watch out. Bigtime!!

I do agree that he is a mismatch for many DB's and with his physical tools he has what it takes to play on Sundays. Now wait for the if.... IF he gets that consistency down on his catching. He looks like he runs pretty good routes, but he needs to settle down and make the grabs. The best and highest drafted WR'S we have had were Sammy and Nuk, if you think it's because they were fast or tall (neither tall) you would be wrong, it's because they caught everything near them. Our other WR'S in that time were good, but not consistently catching everything. TT and to a lesser extent Tay Scott can obviously step that part up a bit and then will be monsters on Saturday, and eventually Sunday. I have said it for the last year, TT has the gifts, time for Momma to get him dialed in a bit more I hope the best for the young man. Until then, on 3rd down, I would look to HR every time.
On more thing. Someone Commented on MW7 catching the ball in traffic. Don't be hard on him if he short arms a couple early on in the season. Maybe he wont, but it is natural for him to be a bit cautious until he gets hit hard a few times, but going off what we have seen so far from him, I have confidence he will perform as we all expect in due time. Spot the Ball!

This is the attitude you wait to see from WRs. It is what took Nuk from a top talent to one of the best in the NFL. It is what separated Sammy from everyone on the field his final season. It is also what never transpired from Peake. It will be difficult for any of our WRs to stand out with so much talent on the field, but it is an attitude like this that will make an impression on gameday.

I'd love to know what evidence you have that Peake did have any work ethic. He's arguablely the best blocking WR I have seen you you don't get to become that with a bad work ethic.

I wonder if he has watched himself in the Spring Game. How many drops did he have? Sheesh. IMO, he had more drops than catches, but I might be wrong. I only remember ONE good catch.
Let's hope he's better in the Fall than he was in the Spring. I thought he was better last year personally. Maybe he was just goofing around in the SG.

All 3 of the incoming freshman are more talented than he is, and I've seen better hands on a snake.
He won't play much imo.

Competition is better than ever, if our guys can win the job

To start for this team. We are in uncharted territory of having the best coaches, administration, talent, fans, program, competition, school, family, depth and of course a huge new category called the Deshaun effect.
If a starter goes down or several besides the Deshaun effect we will keep rolling. Our recruits coming in for the fall will add to our depth and starters.
This team as a whole is getting to the point we can say we have as good or better talent with the best powers and depth to continue being best as a standard, as the whole world watches.
I feel sorry for the players that were dismissed because they gave up the best to struggle at another school at best that they will have to start over learning/earning.
Trevion has hit that place that Nuke did and he will be special this year in my opinion.
Go Tigers!
