If I were Dabo Swinney, I would be on the phone with Will Wade this evening.***

Thankfully, we got that 6 year extension 🙄 Anybody checked on Walt? To hear him tell it, this team could beat the ‘95 Bulls.
Just let McNeese and their crooked coach come in and punk us in front of everybody. Ridiculous

Proud of the comeback attempt. First half was a total embarrassment. Where was Brownell?

CBBs fault Shef scored 1 point? He scores 4 and we win.

TF do we keep rewarding BB?
He has won us literally nothing in 15 seasons and Clemson keeps shelling out more money for more pitiful performances.
Why didn't the admin at least wait and see until after the tourney to send out the contract? Zero negotiation skills.

Probably wouldn't have made a difference but I think the extension should've

Waited til season was over. Brownell's extensions have always been too soon or when his back was against a wall just like Bowden's. Brownell got taken to school by a younger coach that possibly was interested in us.

Tough loss for sure. But congratulations to the Tiger Basketball Team for as good a season as ever. Sometimes it's tough being a Basketball program at a Football school but this team was special. Will they continue to improve? Sure hope so and will always pull for the Tigers.

How do you come out and look so unprepared? 13 POINTS!!! Embarrassing. Supposedly, one of the best Clemson basketball teams in school history. Really? I guess Dillon Hunter is the MVP. We look like a different team without him. So disappointing.

1. We lost in first round upset 2. We put on a pitifully embarrassing game with a spectacular, if too little too late, comeback to lose…back to back games 3. Never saw 1 second of fire from the coach or the team - I get some teams are motivated in different ways and panic is good for nothing…but helz belz… until 4-5 mins left we weren’t even trying…by my observation (I confess I admire the Duke floor slaps to fire up the defensive efforts…as cheesy as it was). 4. Couple of inches here and there don’t make that much difference when the smaller team is more athletic/aggressive…and to chefs point..I haven’t very often seen the balls/tips/ rebounds go so one way in a college game like this one…however we didn’t box out for squat and that made for horrific imbalance in scoring. 5. We didn’t shoot for squat in the first half or 2/3 of second… nobody but Lakhin/chef/zach showed any real attempts to make challenged baskets inside…and we were putrid in the lane until 3-4 mins left in game. Thank God for CH free throws… 6. If we would have made a defensive change in first half vs 5 to go in game; everything (probably) would have looked a lot different on both sides of the ball. Despite they being more aggressive/athletic…they were not very coordinated w the ball and could’ve easily been stressed into many more turnovers. This was proven the last 2 minutes of the game. 7. No the game didn’t really hinge on bad calls (tho the Tech on Lakhin looked to be a real joke and was perfectly timed to ruin his game)… there’s no way their slaps at the ball were so much better than ours and those calls went against us/for them easily 3-1. I don’t have any more use for BB as he seems to like relying on other teams bad stretches over his team forcing other team into bad stretches until way too late in the game.
Sorry I just needed to get that out of my system..it was like watching Tiger football for the last few years when (to paraphrase another poster on another space) when DJU was starting… Sorry for the negativity…
Go Tigers!!
