That was a perfect play, Pinder was barely off the bag when it was bunted so that's on him.

How is that on him? Its on the 3rd base coach for not alerting him about the bunt coming.

Why a guy hitting .293 is bunting with the bases loaded is beyond me..

had a shift on and the 3B was well off the line. Poody was not alerted, as he should have been. As it was the guy made a great bare handed play and it was still close. Now you can debate whether that was good strategy or not, but that's what happened.

He was in his 2 out secondary lead at 3B...problem is he didn't know the bunt was coming and couldn't get a good jump...he hung Chase out to dry.
