Why is the ACCN not on Satellite Radio?

I'd like to be able to listen to Packer and Durham in the morning on the drive to work. It's not on SiriusXM radio. This seems a screw up since I can listen to Finebaum on my way home.

Who screwed up?
Sirius just told me that the network is NOT available over XM radio, that channels above 300 are not on their satellite broadcast. I asked about my radio and my subscription and they told me NO ONE can listen to Packer and Durham on the radio, only on the App on the phone or streaming.
What's the story?
Again, I get Finebaum in the afternoon. Why not Packer in the morning?

Not sure. I have it in my truck without having to do anything special. Might depend on the model though.

There's ACC Radio on channel 371. Says Packer and Durham are on from 7-10 simulcast. C&P below:

How old is your vehicle. The radio in my 2007 didn't go past 170 or something but my 2017 goes all the way to the 900s.

I was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get to the bottom. If siriusxm had said you need a new/better radio I would have appreciated it.
Seems like ACCN could get a channel accessible to people with slightly older radios.
