The best food options I’ve seen at a game was at the Cotton Bowl in Jerry’s World. Clemson has some of the worst food options/quality around. Now i don’t usually eat at the game’s, although I did enjoy the options at the Cotton Bowl in Jerry’s World

I remember Duke having great concessions. Its basically

a collection of food trucks and everything was good. I'm like how can a crappy football program like Duke blow us out of the water in anything. BTW that was the game the booted a 55 yarder to beat us at the end of reg. Another great Bowden masterpiece.

Because Clemson doesn’t particularly care about the majority of fans in the stands? They are more interested in creating/selling luxury club and box seats…

I know the answer

Those are the same hot dogs Aramark sells to prisons. You are basically eating prison food, and paying way too much for it. The trick is to get your doctor, or swipe a piece of his stationery, to write a note saying that you are a diabetic. Then you can pack your own lunch in the valley like the good old days, before corporations stuck their hands into everyone's pockets.

I have no idea if Aramark serves the hotdogs, I do know they serve the food at most universities, including Clemson, and state prisons. After eating at Harcomb for a year, I went to visit a friend up at Rutgers and was blown away by how much nicer their student cafeterias were, it was like being in a nice restaurant where harcomb was more like a Golden Corral.

I think you are giving a little too much credit to Harcombe, no way it was as good as Golden Coral. We used to go to the GC in Seneca, right across the tracks, and we got kicked out a couple times for eating mountains on those little fried wings they had. Manager knew we were college students, they would just say, can we give you your $8 back and you guys call it a night?? We were like, "Heck ya!". Then we would tell them how good their food was over and over. We were not getting in trouble, they just wanted the eating to stop after a couple hours. We would agree as long as we could take a bunch cookies and brownies with us, haha!

Probably no preference as long as it's a foot long.

I like both. The deal is fresh cooked with tasty toppings on a decent bun. It is all about the toppings.

Grilled with a good bun. Solid toppings as well possibly.

Hebrew National, Sabrett's or Nathan's on the grill for me. I also like the top sliced buns. Anybody want to share a hot dog chili recipe?

I don't know why, but it is the truth, the worst food in Memorial Death Valley Stadium than I've ever eaten anywhere at any sporting, or other events period, by a long shot!!!

Death Valley has terrible concessions for what is otherwise a top of the line sports facility.

Like yeah, we know the tailgates are great but that shouldn’t be an excuse for god-awful concessions

Just walk through lot 2 and there are plenty of fine dining choices available. Just don’t be a goon and most tailgates are very friendly and happy to share!

You are correct when saying that Tiger tailgaters are friendly, and they are very generous when it come to sharing their tailgate eats, and drinks with total strangers!!!

Thank you!!!! Someone had to say it. My guess is they have a deal with a local distributor for those incredibly cheap hotdogs. Just about every other entertainment venue that sells dogs uses a decent brand of all beef hotdogs, and Clemson uses the cheapest hotdogs possible. They are awful.
