Whoever Dabo chooses to replace BV (and possibly TE), I'm

good with it. He's got a pretty good record. You know he's been anticipating this for some time, and has had an ongoing, tenative plan in place for when this happens. Not to downplay the loss of BV, who may be the best in the business, or TE for that matter, who gave us multiple top 10/top 5 offenses, but we're Clemson, we have Dabo, and he has built a winning culture that is much bigger than any one coach. No worries here.

He was good, no doubting that, but, he surely needed to work on the CHUNK plays that his defense would give up!!!!

Venables was a great DC, but sometimes his all-out scheme got us torched and we haven't been particularly good on 3rd down for the last few years. I would like to see a cover II, keep things in front of you like some of the BIG10 teams do, just line up and play, not many teams we play can match up with us from a talent perspective.

Everyone gives up chunk plays occasionally. It's the nature of college football. The numbers overall relative to peers bear that he was the best in country.

offenses guessing and scrambling about as good as anybody you'll see. He won't be easy to replace, but Dabo will find the right guy. And trust me, a lot of idiots on here will beotch about it no matter who it is.

Coach V was the best in college football in my mind. With that being said I know when we got him Dabo got him when his was demoted. So I believe in his eye for talent. Change is hard but not always bad. Go Tigers!

I can think of one part about his defense that I don't like. He likes to make adjustment after the offense show their hand. However sometimes they will go Hurry up and our defense look vulnerable
