devoid of playmakers on Offense...Ship is our best Offensive player and he got caught from behind twice...We aren't beating a playoff team with this offense

Lots of great running backs don't have the best top end speed. Barry Sanders comes to mind.

up to snuff either..our defense wouldnt be able to contain an ohio state, bama or tennessee..factor in an offense that wouldnt be able to keep pace..it would be ugly...that said with the remainder of our schedule there is no reason we should not win out and get in..but the playoff game could be a long night for us

Undefeated, yes.
Have a chance to win a NC in the playoffs? I/we hope. There has not been a year so far that Clemson was deserving yet left out of the playoffs, unfortunately, there's a first time for everything. Fellow Tiger fans know that the team would have beat FSU by four or more scores if the coaches wouldn't have backed off. But, how many of non-Clemson fans will only see the score and did not watch the game? Only saw the score updates showing FSU making a "furious" comeback, just falling short???
So far, every year has worked out.....eventually, it will not until the 12 team playoff is here.

If things continue to be the way that it has all season with our games looking as it could have went either way late in the 4th quarter, we will not be one of the teams selected for the playoffs. There are other teams out there playing better FB than we have all season, and that's bc we haven't play a team at this point in the season that would get near the playoffs. Regardless of ending score, our team has struggled at points in about every game, and if a few of those teams had the depth that we have, we would have at least 2 L's in our win/loss column!!!!

I think 'Cuse and the ACC championship game are the only possible losses, but I don't see 'Cuse winning in The Valley. A "B" grade game the rest of the way probably keeps us undefeated until the playoffs. After that? Yeah, gotta step it up.

The only team I am worried about is ohio st but the rest have shown weaknesses or wear khaki pants and thus are always vulnerable
