Democrat Party’s elected officials are as evil as their hoard of political activists embedded in the federal judiciary (judges and prosecutors).
Every day that they get exposed for either practicing LawFare or threatening it, they lose a little more popularity.

Casar is just blowing hot air. He has no prosecutorial power, Congress doesn’t and I don’t see the DOJ going after Musk.
Perhaps this helps with fund raising, but even if the Dems take the House, and I strongly suspect they will, all they can be is an annoyance to any target.

You mean like threatening to cancel federal contracts for law firms that dared to work on cases against King Trump? Like that? Or threatening to cancel federal contracts for private sector lawfirms that had DEI policies? No? Or maybe you mean threatening and suing any media company that says anything bad about King Trump. Like that? Is that the lawfare you're talking about? Or maybe you mean "creating emergencies" as a justification to usurp the Constitution? That must be the lawfare you're referring to, yes? Or maybe that thing where he dismantles federal agencies that aren't under that Executive branch? Is that the kind of lawfare we're looking at here?
And you're concerned about some junior Congressman that says he'll go after the richest man in the world IF the Democrats ever regain power. I'm pretty sure Leon will be OK, but he appreciates your concern.

Most Democrats want Musk in prison so it isn't some far fetched conspiracy theory to wonder if their elected representatives will attempt to do just that once they inevitably regain power. Now that they've established they can retroactively make up laws just to prosecute one person, and one person only, nobody is really safe from being imprisoned. As one of Stalins henchmen once famously boasted "show me the man and I'll show you the crime". That's the legal mantra of the modern left and if theyll use it on people like Elon Musk they'll certainly use it on anyone else who dares pull back the curtain on their criminal enterprises involving taxpayer dollars.
