if you want to hang your hat on him, fine, but Europe is slow growth due to Ukraine and ongoing tensions in Palestine/Israel.

Germany’s growth is down because their exports of big ticket goods are weak.
Russia had supplied below market price nat gas to Germany for decades. This created an economic environment in which Germany’s big ticket exports were in a reasonably price competitive situation with similar big ticket goods made in other countries. The economic sanctions on Russia (result of RUS attack on Ukraine) led to retaliatory sanctions … reduced supply & higher prices … hurt Germany.
Biden is indirectly responsible for screwing over Germany because his Afghanistan withdrawal disaster was a spectacle of American incompetence. Russia was emboldened and figured that the time was right to reclaim Ukrainian land that Russia had previously controlled prior to 1990.
Biden’s way of bragging about America’s economy and inflation (relative to the EU in general and Germany in particular) is only effective on poorly informed voters. In other words, the brainwashed sheep constituency of the Democra5 party.

Inflation fixed? Gas prices? Border? Did you actually think once our government said we could go back to work you would think that there should be an increase in growth right? I mean you have no where to go but up correct?

with inflation because of the other country's being affected by their proximity to the Ukraine war and their cutting reliance on Russian oil.
The CNN reporter was amusingly horrified.

Seriously?
No he does not get any credit, Putin does.
How can you even compare Europe to the US over the last year and a half?
Do you have any idea how much gas and fertilizer Europe procured from Russia and the Ukraine?
You and that Twitter guy are completely unaware of the geopolitics and economics if you actually buy into that load of crap.
Comparing yourself to a continent at war and the bragging about how awesome you are - freaking ridiculous.

Depends if you are a Trump supporter or a liberal. A liberal will give him some credit. A Trump supporter would not. Although, if it were the exact same scenario and Trump were president, they would give Trump the credit. It's all partisan.

is the pub house. Now go back and look at the congress split under each president. Clinton in particular needs to be licking Newt’s nutz ‘cause so many idiots like yourself credit him with a good economy.

Oh, so it’s not the president when it doesn’t suit your narrative, i get it.
I can say the same for the house under trump, or does that not count for some reason?

Also, if you claim that the great mythological party swap happened with the Civil Rights Act, don't you need to give Pubs the stat columns for FDR, Truman, and Kennedy, and the Dems the Eisenhower stats?

A couple things:
1
Jun 28, 2023, 1:20 AM
|
|
1. are we not distinguishing between fiscal and social politics? Those are pretty different entities.
2. feel free to reference any other actual economic measures or studies under each party's Presidencies. Your investment dollars will, almost without fail, do better under Democrat Presidents*.
*Presidents don't control the economy, nor do they have close to the sheer impact that many people like to assign to them--they just don't. This was merely commentary on how dumb and irrelevant Keowee's response was.

Look at 80 years of our party’s economic data!
Even those first 20 years when you guys were all racists?
Well no, all those racists left the party and became republicans and we did a big trade.
So the racists left and the economists stayed.
Cherryyyyyyy-pickinggggg
