Where do the $ come from for college/pro teams & coaches/owners

to grow, to get rich and pay/receive exorbitant yearly salaries that the average ticket purchaser would not make in a life time.

YOU & ME and US..

And we gripe about ticket prices and this & that..

But we are the catalyst for it to succeed and grow like a wild weed.

Now the college players have finally realized, along with the pro players decades ago, that they are the commodity and reason the game exists..

Not b/c of the coach, owners, athletic dept,, AD, college, shareholders, etc..

But b/c of the paying & supportive fans who entirely makes it easy for the athletic dept or pro team owner to shell out millions on coaches & players salaries, facilities, advertising, development, etc.

If we stop supporting football financially then they all go broke and go home to do what we do..play pick-up ball in the yard.

Yep that’s pretty much how commerce works in the United States.

If we stop supporting Clemson, our talent will fall off even more. I’m pretty sure the big $$$ boosters for anOSU, Texas, Oregon, A&M, etc are pretty happy to pay whatever they need to buy their teams success. The old days of college football are gone. Either we get on board or we fall behind. Those are the two choices now and we if don’t support Clemson financially, there shouldn’t be a single complaint on here about the team not being competitive. It’s a direct correlation now.
