If the SEC teams did not win when the Bowls and Playoffs come around, the schedules would be an issue. Sadly, that does not happen so the band plays on.

We play Charleston Southern, Fla. Atlantic and the Coots. That leaves us only 9 Power 5 opponents.

I'd really love to see a year where the B1G, the ACC, Pac-12 and Big XII all produced undefeated champions. Also on the wish list, I want ONE season of parity in the SEC so that everybody has beaten up on everybody and the league champ has two losses. All the conference champions get in and the SEC is left out. Think it would happen? Nah, somehow they'd justify putting in Bama or UGa (or LSU) due to strength of schedule or Quad 1 wins :) or "strength of record" or ESPN Power Index or something.
