season tix didn't get the email. If so, that's something they may want to change.
Or not.
Maybe post-season opportunities are reserved for season ticket purchasers to encourage people to buy. But they should be explicit about that if they want it to work that way.

There also may be a spam/junk mail setting at your end that blocked them.

I've already spoken to IPTAY and ticket office. They said one was sent to me on 10/27 but "hasn't been opened." The other reminders were not sent. I cannot find the one from 10/27, but there's nothing I can do at this point. I just changed my email so this won't happen again.

It's not reserved for season ticket purchasers. I have a friend who moved to Texas, so he didn't buy season tickets this year, but still was able to request Natty tickets due to being an IPTAY member. That said, I'm not sure if he got the emails or not (I expect he did though).
