What is the worst thing about your job?

Mine is expense reports. I am always late getting them submitted and I always on the "bad list" cause our travel manager has to remind me that they are due. I consistently lose receipts too. I am 3 months behind. I hate this.

In all seriousness, most of them don't want to work.
We don't have core hours, we're professionals so it's basically get your work done mentality.
They show up at 10-11am. Then go out for a leisurely lunch. Then complain they had to work until 8-9pm that night. With deadlines coming up we can see the effort needed to finish the job. We push them weeks ahead of the deadline but they don't want to put any effort to it. Some end up pulling all nighters to finish.
As much as you try and help, they can't get out of their own way.
