5 errors
Bases loaded, no outs, no runs, 1st inning
Rattled pitcher (Pohle did settle down after giving up four runs, two of which he was responsible for)
Lack of caring
Hits directly at defense, 0-4 by bottom of the order
...

The head coach is the main problem, he needs to go along with the pitching coach.

an inability to hit with runners in scoring position all of which have been a reoccuring problem this season.
