I know for a fact it was Redman, he stayed at my house when he was recruiting Richard McCullough back in the early 80's. My dad who played at Clemson back in 1931-33 when coach Howard was the line coach introduced coach Ford to my dad and when he was ever close to myrtle beach he would stop by and check on him. I know it was red man because my mom wouldn't let him chew in the house so he would sit on the back porch with my dad an talk Clemson and I remember seeing the red man pouch just like it was yesterday.

I've also seen Press Maravich put a wad of Beech Nut in his mouth in the old theater in Clemson and never spit one time.
