$15 in 1981/1982 adjusted for inflation is about $500 today. So still up there, but not as bad as you think.

Yea, I've been plugging numbers in to airline websites all #### day (and most of yesterday) trying to help my big brother find a reasonable way to the game. Guess I'm just burned out and making mistakes. I'll stop with the numbers for a while. Lol.

If you invested that $15 and got the historical return of the stock market 10% the ticket price would be just over $400. Pretty close to ticket prices in Phoenix for upper deck seats

According to dollartimes.com, the Dave Manuel Calculator and inflationdata.com, 15 dollars in 1981 is worth between $39.16 and $40.81 in 2015 money.

actually I was hoping someone would be impressed that I still had that ticket..lol
I remember we had to pay $20 to park..parking was more than the ticket..crazy

I heard that. I chose will call too, expecting an actual ticket like the ones I've been seeing on eBay. Going to be very disappointed if I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a piece of copy paper.
