West Endzone Video Board

No pictures, but I was in Tigertown today, and went by the Valley and saw the construction. The work on one of the west endzone boards that most of you have probably seen pictures of on here looks like it is almost done.
Half of the actual video board is up and I assume they will be putting finishing touches up tomorrow or Monday.
It looked rather sick. Little bit bigger than I thought it would be.
Can't wait till September 8th when the video boards and sound system are all in action!!!

Yeah, someone posted pictures of the frames they installed for the boards in the WEZ, and they looked a lot bigger than I was thinking they were going to be. I think it's going to be a HUGE improvement coupled with the new sound system. Everyone's raving over the board on top of the hill, but honestly it's not that big of a change. Other than HD, of course. I can't wait!

It's definitely NOT twice as large. Look at picture of it before, then now. It's bigger, yes, and in HD, but not that much bigger. Either way guys, I'm HAPPY we got it. Wasn't being negative, just way more excited about the WEZ boards and the ribbon board

All the ads are supposedly removed so FUNCTIONAL space is much larger.

We've already seen the Fatz advertisement added on the bottom at the scrimmage. That's great, but they could have done that on the last screen. The screen isn't what's making it awesome, them removing the ads are. I can't wait to see it operate

The old measurement was 61.5 X 19 new dimensions are 61 X 24
It's HD. That's the big difference. Like I said, the new WEZ boards will make the difference, along with the sound system. Look at the size of the boards (even the frames for them) they are WAY bigger than I thought.
