is now on the #### list. I'd had mostly good experiences with them in the past so Sharkgirl takes her car on Tuesday for a oil change. I walk out of the house today to discover 2 nice fresh oil spots.

get my fat behind on the ground and under the car, then dispose of the oil. AND if I mess up, I can only blame myself.
I recall my dad doing the oil changes for his truck. Why my time to drive came along he didn't see that it was worth it on the 90s era sedan. I've kept this philosophy.

Better than the place I went to once.

ONCE. One of those places where you have to wait inside (I refuse to do that anymore). So I get back in my car, go to drive off, and oil light is on. STAYS on. Waited a few seconds before driving out and accelerating on the road, and thankfully I did. They drained the oil and "forgot" to refill it. Immediately turned car off and let it roll back. Went in and exploded. Got free oil change. Never went back.
Had I driven off, revving the engine high, I think there would have been major damage before I could have even turned around and gotten back.
Current place I like, but it's expensive. You drive in. You watch them do everything sitting in the car. It's awesome.

We have one here and they do a great job, and your description is completely accurate. I'm done doing it at home, it's worth the little bit extra for that level of service.

We'd been needing to get the oil changed but with Saturday working it had been annoying. We've got a Take 5 right down the road but I had trust issues.

Express Oil Change. 5 minutes away.

They're fast. Never spent more than 10-15 mins there. They use the good oil. I watch them check the fluids, and refill the oil. Also watch them take out the air filter (not go grab a nasty one and walk inside with it to show someone). They show it to me. Then when done they show me the stick showing full clean oil. Also have me check all my lights.
No leaks in the garage ever.
Even though it's around $75, I can go up to 10K miles between changes with the full synthetic, so half the time wasted changing oil. Use cheaper oil, I go every 5K miles, pay half as much, but waste 2X the time. At my hourly rate, it's a no brainier.
