Maybe Zelenskyy needs to be willing to negotiate. Putin has said he’s ready for peace talks(not saying I believe him). I think Trumps about to find out no one wants peace. Europe just committed to a 800 billion in defense investments. To protect themselves from the Russian threat.
What’s funny is a year ago European leaders were saying Russias military was broke and crumbling now they need 800 billion bc Russia will take over Europe if not. Absolutely laughable.

Why isn’t it that simple? Trump believes he has his buddy Putin’s ear and the war would have never started if HE had been the president BUT the 2020 election was stolen from him blah blah🙄. If there ever was a tootin person who toots their own tooty horn it’s that clown. If Putin the villain never started the war we wouldn’t have spent billions of dollars defending Ukraine. Period. Thats where we need to start with these negotiations. Tell the murderer that it’s his fault not Zelenskyy’s and give him an ultimatum. If Trump didn’t admire him so much maybe he would do that. But NO he makes him look like the injured party. What the fuq?
The ideal and fair thing to do in this situation: Tell pooty poot to give all the land he STOLE back to Ukraine THEN reimburse the USA and everyone else the money they gave Ukraine to defend themselves against HIS aggression. Putin controls EVERYTHING in Russia including lots of the money. Make Ukraine a NATO member since it’s obvious WHY he doesn’t want them to be. Putin needs to be eliminated. I’m hoping someone takes him out sooner rather than later.

Zelenskyy’s handlers (I.e., foreign interests for the war to keep going) have turned Zelenskyy into a ‘negotiator’ that has demonstrated instability and unreliability.
Thus, he used his public platform aka visit to the WH to act in a way that pleased his handlers, but consequently revealed him as being an unserious show off.
Zelenskyy and his handlers had no leverage without the USA’s backing. By doing the bidding of his handlers I.e., attempting to embarrass the USA, he hurt Ukraine. Zelenskyy’s handlers DON’T care about Ukraine’s people. They care about their grift business, paid by the blood of press-ganged Ukrainian soldiers and destroyed Ukrainian families. Zelenskyy’s handlers have no real plan other than ‘to keep the ear going for another year in THE HOPE that Putin will be overthrown.’ This is not just pure fantasy from Zelenskyy’s handlers, it is also them being generous with another countriy’s (the USA’s) resources.
Classic liberalism. Generous … as long as that someone else’s money is involved.
From his actions, Zelenskyy is not particularly interested n the Ukrainian citizenry, either. His back-and-forth narratives are more reflective of someone who is more interested in his personal survival (Zelenskyy is LOADED, and jut needs for his handlers to not kill him after the war … however it is allowed to go … is ended. Zelenskyy will live a lavish life in S.France or Dubai; he won’t stay in the Ukraine.
Back to Trump and negotiations. Zelenskyy has proven to be unreliable. Putin, for all of his brutishness, has clearly and consistently recited the conditions which Russia must receive for peace to take place. Putin is the fixed factor; Zelenskyy is the variable factor. Thus, the focus is on Zelenskyy so to get the attention of Zelenskyy’s handlers to face reality and prioritize actions that will preserve what’s left of Ukraine instead of their selfish ongoing personal grift goals.
