I have gotten the same inappropriate ad. I report it as such EVERY time it pops up.
And, I can guarantee you I have not searched for ANYTHING close to that, especially on a work computer. Also, I auto-clear my browsing cache/browsing history every time I shut my browser down.
That same ad has popped up when my browser opens.
There are two explanations I have for why it may pop up for my work station:
1. I order office items from Amazon almost daily. And, Google thinks I will order absolute crap from a communist China dollar store website. 2. Others in the office may visit questionable sites since we have a static IP address. And, I am profiled to the outside world by other employees searches.

A multi-purpose tool like the spurtle.
One thing you can do:
Click on the little blue "x" on the upper right corner of the ad.
You will get an option to 'send feedback'; click that and submit your reason why you don't want to see it. I always choose, "Ad is inappropriate".

Also, I use the search engine Duck Duck Go for sites that have tons of pop ups and it does a very good job of stopping all of that crap from coming up. I use it on Tnet as well.

I would like a closer look at the ad on the right of it. I think I know what those two knockers are.
