Give DTs and DEs all to Eason and hire a LB coach to free up Goodwin so he can work up potions in the lab.
OL
Go get a B1G OL coach that knows mid-west recruiting to bring some here. The Michigan OL coach is ranked #1 and he could be looking after the season.
The Oregon State OL coach is ranked #3 and he may be looking to get out of the PAC 2.

I like this idea. My unpopular opinion in this situation would be to bring Skalski in to coach LBs.

I watched a few Oregon State games this year and I sure as heck wouldn't mind taking a crack at their offensive line coach...could definitely see that line pushing people around on the line of scrimmage and great pass blocking even against teams like Washington

Mich States OL Coach under Tucker is highly regarded, Kapilovic. Addazio is available but their performance didn't match the recruiting. He was great at BC in that area but you wonder what happened to him.
I'd even call a couple of NFL guys and recent retirees to see who is interested.

Little Ferentz. He was a great o-line coach prior to being promoted to a job he had no business being in. Was a strong recruiter with NFL experience. Only drawback is his lack of time in the south. But he’s available.

Some of the realistic ones on here are pretty interesting.
I'm interested to see if Dabo makes a move as fast as he did after letting Streeter go. Ideally it may take a while if we are getting someone from a playoff team. How crazy would it be if he brings in a badass OL coach and we start rolling in hogmallies.
That may be a bigger task than we he got our program from good to great, but I'd love to see it.

Need to take a look at strength and conditioning also. Conditioning not needed as much as strength. We got pushed around some this year and the past 2 years. Not necessarily changing personnel but approach and programs.

Agree. I think it was the Miami game our offensive and defensive lines were getting obliterated . It was a wakeup call for sure

Who knows about OL, but I hope we don't hire a new DE coach. Give Eason the entire DL, make Grisham an inside receivers coach, and go hire an outside receivers coach.

Brad Davis (LSU), Michalczik(Oregon St.) or Addazio (A&M) on the OL. Could also talk to sherrone Moore when Harbaugh leaves for the NFL.
I like the idea of handing the D-line to Eason and letting Riley bring in another offensive coach. Also bring in Jeff Scott as an analyst.
