we met a family member of the McWhorter Family (Kevin McWhorter)! He was the boat Captain for one of the HUGE MTI boats participating in the Lake Hartwell Charity Run this past weekend. He had never been to Hartwell, but was glad to finally get up here with the boat.

No tournaments during the Charity Run/Poker day.
However, most of these boats barely make a wave since they skim across the top of the water. Most bass boats make a bigger wake.

Fished a few tournaments on Poker Run Day, yep it gets rough but there is the safety aspect of people paying attention. This year we chose to stay home. We went out Friday night and it was a mad house out there. One big boat came cruising out from a creek. He was very close to us, and he was putting off a wake so big when it hit our boat it crashed all the way to the back pedastel seat.
