See. All y’all helping prop up my faith. My cousin is the Dean of USuC Medical School and his parents were the cochair of the psychology dept at USuC. My closest cousin is a USuC fanatic. I just get tired of hearing it from them.
I’m thankful my Father had the insight to raise me the right way. He’s had season tickets since the 70’s and took me to my first game in 1977. It’s been a Clemson love fest ever since. Sure, most of my degrees come from the UNC system but I ALWAYS wear my Clemson gear on game days and Fridays during football. I actually got mostly respect for having the gall to wear Clemson orange into UNC schools.
I know things will return to normal sooner than later. I have to keep reminding my USuC family members it’s still a domination and not really a rivalry. Thanks for reminding me we are superior regardless of the scoreboard!

Ask your cousin why South Carolina does so poorly in all graduate school rankings. The Med School is in the second lowest tier in the rankings, alongside a bunch of allopathic and osteopathic schools. The fact that it's in a tier that's called a "Third Tier Toilet" is really a black eye for our state. I personally would be very reluctant to have a South Carolina educated doctor do any procedure on me because I know how low their admissions standards are. That terrible reputation pretty much falls entirely on Gerald Harmon and Jeff Perkins.

It's because it's run by a bunch of old school thinkers. They thought I was nuts combining business and med degrees in late 90s. Said it shouldn't be done. Had to go elsewhere.

SCAR degrees aren’t worth the paper they are printed on
SCAR graduates from my experience are lazy, unmotivated, and incompetent clowns
Clemson has done more for this State than any other State institution

I don't think it's the educational quality of either school. It's about who you let in in the first place. New Clemson grads aren't as good as old ones because admissions standards have fallen, but we're still the most selective school in SC alongside Furman (and have very similar standards). South Carolina lets in anyone who can figure out how to enter the front door (it's a bit tricky, it's a pull, but 39% of prospective students push).
Education is about the same everywhere you go. Not very good. But if you bring in brighter kids, they're brighter when they leave. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear and you can't make a sow's ear out of a silk purse. But South Carolina being such a bad school really hurts us and is a major contributor to our state's brain drain. We are one of the worst states at losing our highest-scoring kids, and most never come back. Clemson shares some of that blame because they keep expanding the administration and giving raises to pointless positions, meaning they have to expand the student body. But South Carolina is the biggest offender in the state by far. There's a reason The Simpsons mocked them like 25 years ago.

Unfortunately dabo lost to them in football again this year, so we don’t run anything now. We will have to wait till next year and listen to them heckle us for another 365 days…thanks dabo🤦♂️

To them 2 times at home. Leaving Sammy on the bench this time, and taking the ball out of Shipley's hands to let 8/29 DJU throw last time is just total dumba$$

All time yes but as someone said last night, think of this as a major corporation. If you had success and dominated for 40 years but now you stink, it doesn’t matter what you did for that 40 years it matters what you do now.
