Trumpty should have told him that on day one BUT instead he insisted that he thought pooty wanted peace 🙄. The only peace he wants is a big old piece of Ukraine. Preferably ALL of it. Our clown president thinks he can trust pooty. He is NOT to be trusted. Many years of his antics should tell anyone he cannot be trusted.

Trump's got a firm grasp on the situation

Trump on Putin: "I've known him a long time, always gotten along with him but he's sending rockets into cities and killing people, and I don't like it at all."

3+ yrs later Trump acknowledges the obvious. He's shocked that Putin is showing evidence that he doesn't want peace.

Trump went on to criticize Zelensky for opening his mouth.

There's so much symmetry between one leader of an invaded country and another who invaded a country.

Trump if he can risk losing the flattery of Putin, not likely, should immediately impose sanctions on Russia.

I once thought neither country was on a path to outright victory and that a negotiated settlement was the proper move. With our current weak approach towards Russia and hostility towards Ukraine, there may indeed be an outright victor.

Well at least Trump is almost up to speed now. Maybe in another year he will be caught up with most people. On the other hand, Putin just needs to compliment and flatter Trump and then Trump will be under Putin's spell again.

He talks about Putin like he’s never received an intelligence update in his life. Whoa! What the heck!?! He’s bombing civilians!?!

Russia has been hitting civilian targets for years.

And what exactly is Zelensky saying that “causes problems”? “I don’t surrender”?

And then of course the obligatory distancing from ownership.

What a fool.

with this post.

I don’t recall asking for your vote nor boasting that I could solve this in one day. But had I done both of those things, I wouldn’t post about the bloodthirsty dictator going “crazy” like he’s my old frat buddy who bought a car he couldn’t afford. I wouldn’t express shock that Putin is doing things we all know he’s been doing for years. I wouldn’t make vague references to the attacked country’s President saying the wrong things and I wouldn’t waste everyone’s time blaming the previous administration like a sniveling coward.

Russia commented on their President being called crazy, referring to it as emotional overload.

Exactly. Takes away from executive time watching Fox & Friends —— and that just won’t happen.

The internet and Fox News are his intelligence reports.

And of course I'm talking about the Mange, the virtual haven for 70-yr-olds who wish it was still the 1950s. He's too thin-skinned to handle the cultural and social sophistication of the Lunge.
