We rarely get outplayed

It's always a bunch of "### are doing" moments in key situations. Just pure stupidity to be honest. 3 man rush/prevent to end the half = freebie, not subbing out Mafah and slowing the game down after the big run, missing a chip shot fg, throwing on 3rd and 4th & 1...etc. We're just an OVERTHINKING machine on this football team.

Wes' philosophy... prevent defense with almost 2 min left. Prevent the big play lol at the 10 to 15 a pop they get when he plays this pansy style of football

A LOT, which is, it prevented US from winning. I honestly have never understood why coaches, ALL coaches, not just ours, want to go away from what has worked the whole game, and drop into an umbrella coverage for the last couple minutes of a half or game.

What does it matter if we "Don't get beat on a deep ball" if we let the opposition roll right down the field in just a few seconds by completing 10-15 yard passes in front of us over and over again? It is an incredibly frustrating puzzlement why we (and others) continue this sad practice.

big play and then as he's huffing and puffing back to the huddle, giving it right back to him so he can get negative yards b/c he's spent. we do it all the time. This isn't a video game, give the kid a breather and then put him back in for a possible play. Just wasting downs at that point.

I was surprised at Dabo's comments going in at the half re: his displeasure at us bringing only the 3 man rush. He's literally standing right next to Wes during the drive. Did he not notice after the first play we were in a prevent? He could've lit him up then and screamed. "Nooooo, we're bringing it!"

I thought it strange as well... it does cut somewhat against the 'Dabo has his hands in the playcalling and won't let his coordinators coach'.
Kind of wish he HAD in that instance...
