Open dates before each thursday game, meaning there are 5 games we have more than a week to prepare for (Georgia, NC State, Wake, Georgia Tech, The Citadel).
Additionally, our 3 toughest games are spread throughout the season with UGA game 1, FSU game 7 and Sakerlina game 12.
We get Georgia, Florida State, and Georgia Tech all at home and our toughest road game outside of Sakerlina is probably Syracuse.

Back to back road games are UVA and MD but really should not be a big deal.

with its replacement for Coach Spaz, I am looking at this from another perspective.
Clemson's offense is predicated on repitition, timing, and rhythm; characteristics that can less effective with time off.
