For the first time. The dude is legit and really fast. I don't think the North Carolina game was a fluke. If Randall steps up and Beaux stays healthy, I don't think we need to worry about the receiving corps. At all.

He is much taller and faster than Renfrow. Yes they are both white, but that's about the only similarity. Renfrow is in a class by himself as a receiver, though.

D. Hood has said multiple people compared him to a young Nuk Hopkins during practices last summer/fall. They share a commonality of basketball in highschool. I believe Cole only had like 2-3yrs max of organized football before coming to Clemson. Tons of potential, but a completely different athlete/role than Renfrow.

D. Hood has said multiple people compared him to a young Nuk Hopkins during practices last summer/fall. They share a commonality of basketball in highschool. I believe Cole only had like 2-3yrs max of organized football before coming to Clemson. Tons of potential, but a completely different athlete/role than Renfrow.
Cole is not a HR13 clone outside of skin color.
HR was a smaller, elite route runner with stick'em hands. Cole is like 6'2 and appears to fit the mold of a burner with good hands that can go up and get the ball.
As for potential, Cole may be Nuk Hopkins with wheels which is frickin scary if he comes close to living up to that billing.

I think with Klubnik throwing the ball, everything with the WRers should to be just fine, and hopefully one of the true freshmen will step up and compete for some playing time in 2023....

I definitely agree with this. If Randall is anything like they were saying and Turner balls we will be fine. Hoping BC can stay healthy and get him the payday he deserves.

I have just pretended he is not on the team for a while, so that I am not disappointed if he never plays or contributes meaningfully. I sure hope he does, however. I was really excited about his commitment years ago.

I like how he seemed to fall forward like a running back. Getting a few extra yards.
Do we know what kind of conception he played against?
