We signed Tyler Brown and Misun Kelly late in the recruiting process. That was your indication that we aren’t going after someone in the portal. Dabo would rather sign 3 star high school kids instead of immediate impact players from the portal. He’s scared that it will hurt the culture he’s built.

We need a big body that can run and high point the ball. Beat press man coverage and be physical at the point of attack. Run block and knock people back 15 yards down the field.

We signed Noble Johnson and Ronan Hanafin.
Now we have to rely on Tyler Grisham’s ability to find underrated talent and to also develop them.
Dabo loves the guys we got. The portal doesn’t work for us.

Seriously we have like 2 potential NFL WRs on this team, B Collins and maybe Randall(still not sold on him, seems too big and very little quickness). I think Antonio is good but not even close to an elite playmaker, take the top off type of guy i.e Olave, Waddle, Devonta Smith

there are always plenty of replies. There was a good WR from Missouri, Charlotte, etc. Unfortunately most of those guys weren't pursued by us and have chosen other destinations. Heck, just look at SC, do you think we couldn't have used someone like juice wells this year to take the top off a defense? Plenty of players that could help. We chose not to use them.

Offense line didn’t look good at all. I’m surprised Cade didn’t get hurt bad. We were out coached in my opinion.
