I don't have anything planned and need ideas. Anything but a beach vacation, I had my fill of being violently ill after eating conch salad freshly plucked from the ocean last year.

Annual week in Pawleys in June.

Maybe a long weekend at a timeshare in Myrtle Beach (serrous, no joke) in August if school hasn't started.

Vegas in December, and potentially taking the then 6yo.

Thanks for the Vegas rec. We're 50/50 on if we should take him, but we were out there by ourselves a couple of years back and don't feel like we need another Vegas vacation together, and thought it might be an interesting experience for him. It'll only be a couple of days too, so I figure we can definitely find some kid stuff. Hopefully Circus Circus is still kicking.

They're...Disney Adults. But, it's not a bad deal except their contract is 40 years. There is no way effing way I'm locking myself into vacationing in g/d Orlando well past retirement. We had a blast at Disney. It was more fun that I imagined by a long shot. But I'm hoping it'll be another five years before we go again, and maybe only once more after that.

Very nice beaches and local seafood around Cortez. Close enough to do a roller coaster day at Busch Gardens. Also some local beer and burger spots. Long Boat Key, St Armand’s and Sarasota for upscale dinner places. Some great golf courses around as well.

Summer a little different vibe from spring ….

Of course we raised the family in Bradenton/ Sarasota so know the area well.

Then Jekyll Island for another work workcation in Aug, and Mrs Pabst will go.

Probably a few long weekends in a rented house in blueridge mtns somewhere.

If grandma Pabst is up for it fly to LA and see little Pabst in late Aug.

Late Sept planning a big trip to tour N NM and do some spas and hiking. I spent time up there while at Clemson and it was awesome. So want to take Mrs Pabst.

East hike near ten thousand waves: Aspen Vista trail up towards Ski Santa Fe is a gravel road forest service road. Kind of steep, but the aspens may be changing late September. It's spectacular. The views are great. Bandelier NM is a cool place to check out in northern NM. Pretty drive there from Santa Fe.

Abiquiu is beautiful, especially out near ghost ranch. Lots of Georgia O'Keefe things to see out that way.

Not sure if we can get a timeshare on a house or not, I'll have to get FBCoachSC® to research that for me.

Lake Louise area if you've never been and like to hike. Cool place (literally and figuratively) to hang out in the summer.
