Absolutely lazy offensive effort when the defense was finally keeping you in it. Lack of passion. Coaching stunk. Death Valley wasn’t great either. Not the Clemson standard whatsoever. Change MUST come, or we will have more of this for a long time.

SC is not very good, but neither are we.

I have finally thrown in the towel on W.Goodwin

My final straw for W.Goodwin was when S.Carolina run the screen pass when back in their territory on 1st down. Our defense was as unprepared for that as if dinosaurs came back and took over Earth again.

The second regular season of a poor tackling defense was my next to last straw.

For a brilliant defensive analyst, he does a poor job of ‘making our defense smart.’

I really thought he was going to overcome his lack of in-the-field coaching and become a good DC. With last week’s game against Citadel being the near equivalent of an off week, I really expected today to be our best defensive effort against a team with a pulse.

I’m done.
