Nobody is saying Dexter isn't a big because he is but Gary can play any DL position on the field and provide incredible depth on that DL especially at DE.

I agree! We are rock solid at d tackle. Big Dexter is an absolutely awesome pick up. I think a lot of people on here are mesmerized by him because he is the #1 player and not the need he would fill. IMHO Getting Tre would be much more important!

You hit it on the head. Lawrence was a great commit and we have more important priorities than Gary. It looks good for us as a program to get an OV with a high profile player

Couple of questions. Are Gary and Lawrence really any better than Wilkins was coming in as a freshman? Imagine having all 3 and Pinkney.
Also, if Gary and Lawrence are 5* DTs, what is Carlos Watkins at this point in time if there was a ranking higher than a 5*? Would you say a 6*?
I cannot believe we even are remotely close to possibly having Gary, Dex, Pinkney, Watkins, Pagano, Wilkins, Huggins, etc., plus the DEs we have. This line could go down as one of the best ever.
