Way too early Zerrick C. Question?

Most fans seem to think this QB race will be Sunshine and either Bryant or Johnson next year. However based on last season Cooper probably enters camp #2. Can someone explain a reasonable timeline of events that gets Cooper out of the top 2-3 mix so I’m not irritated entering the season? (Please skip the trust the shiny ring responses)

Your question may be way too late since you don't have the right facts. HJ passed Z Cooper into the #2 spot with about 4 games remaining in the season. You give Lawrence the benefit of the doubt, then Copper in starting out as the #4 QB. You can figure out your own timeline based on how talented you think Lawrence is.

HJ did pass him then didn’t play well and threw a pick in his last outing and they put ZC back in. That likely puts ZC back at #2 as tight as the race was at that point.
