General consensus is that the new targeting rules have made SEC defenses obsolete. They can no longer tackle or they will be ejected, and therefore the conference built around hard nose defenses is no longer relevant. Apparently, the rules cater to "pansy ###" conferences like the ACC and BIG12 who are built to score a lot of points.
I kid you not...that's the new excuse! What about all that SEC speed? Were their defenses so powerful that they just didn't bother with offense? What a joke!

Bahahahahaha! Our feathered friends have been plucked NAKED, bent over and EXPOSED! Of course, down in the Midlands, you know, the world's largest A.I.D.S. infested parking lot of 80,000 screaming single mothers, "sec speed" is simply ANOTHER bag of crystal meth!
GO TIGERS BABAYYYYYY!

Ironic considering we were the team that had a player ejected for targeting.

Yes! An absurdity that Anthony got ejected for pushing THAMPON too hard! S.E.C.= stale jelly donut, looks and feels all worn and hard, but just gooey, soft and runny in the middle!

Most of these SEC can't stop anybody, consistently getting 40-50 points put on them.

You can't target somebody if you can't catch them. That SEC speed is what is hurting them. Looks to me like they swapped recruits with some B1G schools.

the TCU and GT backs and receivers are still running. Stupidiest reason I have seen and that is saying a lot. You would never see that excuse on a Bama board.

"We can't teach proper tackling techniques because, if we do, our players will tackle so hard and so well that referees will have no option but to eject all of our defensive players for targeting and we will be forced to play Elliott Fry at nose tackle. And trust me, you don't want that! He's really fragile!!!"

SEC officials are letting them play. The pansy conference officials call fouls for good hits.
Better numbers would be ejections in interconference games.
