After watching Wake last night, we will have a difficult time winning this game. They are smooth on offense and their QB has great vision throwing the ball. Defense will throttle DJ like every other team has done this year.

I wonder if the offense looked this bad when going against the defense.
Surely TE knew the offense was terrible during scrimmages.
Offense looks high school it is what it is.

We saw it in the Spring, especially in the Spring game where the offense was so vanilla and boring, I am surprised either team scored. We thought they were just working on basics and would show the real stuff in the Fall. NOT!!!!! This was all TE ever intended on doing and he knew it 6 months before the ineptitude of the offense made it apparent to the rest of us. I do not understand how coaches feel they are "protecting" players by making the offense boring, dull and predictable. Show some flash & dash, for crying out loud. The players, as well as the fans would love to see some!!

ELLIOTT WILL RUN THE Ball straight at the 9 man front, because he has no vision at all. He only shows that he only knows 3 plays bacause he knows DJ cannot perform

That will be the case, and we need to get lucky, and Shipley will need his best performance. If Wake loads the box, and they will bc every team in the ACC knows what we have at the QB position. So, I say we play a two back set that has been practiced all week, we play/run some old school offense on them and wear them down, and use up the clock, bc I have faith in our D if they're not worn out before the half....

Agree but not sure all will see it the same way. I expect some will observe post game that "Wake did some things that we did not expect", that "We took what they gave us", and "DJ showed more improvement" and is "getting more comfortable". Sound about right?

Butt, I think Tony will surprise them and get the playbook up to three totally different pass plays, mo-specially for this game!
