What haven't they done? 3-1 against ranked teams is pretty strong. We'd be 1-2 against ranked teams. I really don't understand the argument on Bama not doing anything. What has smu done? Lost to the only ranked team they've played...

I see both sides of it, but my opinion is how tonight's game plays out. If the game is very competitive and close, say 27-24 or something like that and Clemson wins, SMU should have a strong chance to still make it. Clemson wins 38-13, well that is not good for them at all.

First, Clemson needs to beat SMU and I do not care how they beat them..... I want to see a nicely executed and turnover free game from the offense and defense. That should provide a win and a CFP birth and while I want Alabama out of the playoffs it will be ok as long as our Tigers are in.

I can assure you all Alabama fans are cheering on those SMU Mustangs, so maybe SMU can really rattle them when they lose by 2 or 3 points and take the spot in top 12 from Alabama lol

These media conglomerates are paying top dollar and want to see their product on screens across America. Fairness has nothing to do with college football anymore. We have unlimited free agency with no salary caps, and the winners are determined in a board room.

Who cares about the other teams - we should only be focused on Clemson and “us” winning ? The other teams have to fend for themselves. Our 3rd and last chance to prove we’re worthy .. Go Tigers !!!
