Mickey Conn was an idiot and Dabo hired a “yes man” over DeAndre McDaniel. Also, Dabo hired him because Conn is white. Conn is a bad coach and Van had to coach the safeties himself.
Van was asked to play hurt. He had a sprain MCL and the coaches “rushed” him back.
Van was mad that K’Von was getting playing time as a freshman because he didn’t get to play behind Jayron Kearse and TJ Green.
Dabo conspired with Google to takedown Van’s former YouTube account.
Dabo is pushing coaches out the door and surrounding himself with “yes men” so he can run the show. Mike Reed is next, apparently.
Dabo forced everyone to go to church with the threat of losing playing time.
They cheat when they recruit.

You forgot that Dabo should be held responsible for the actions of his brother.
Also is briefly insisted that someone on the coaching staff is doing drugs, possibly Dabo himself.

Crazy. Deandre Mcdaniel is still on the staff if im remembering correctly, Mike Reed seems to be really well loved and appreciated. I will say i was not a fan of the Conn hire, the Richardson hire, or Goodwin but time will tell and i dont believe that was bc Dabo wants a bunch of yes men. I guess Van does not understand how the world works you cant bring a guy in that does not fit your culture and expect him to gel with the team. He got hurt and ran a slow 40 time, thats what kept him out of the league, not Dabo or Conn.

I skimmed thru it...
Apparently coach Conn flicked his finger in this guy nose because this guy in the video liked to wear his no ring. And this guy in the video wasn't wearing his nose ring. And something about a black nose ring so no one could see it.
Then this guy just keeps rolling his eyes, like he don't have time for these dumb fools he is talking about.

I remember Van Smith as a player and thought he was always good. Didn’t have the size and speed to play in the NFL but was a good player regardless. I was shocked when he left early. Anyway, sounds like his career didn’t pan out the way he expected and he’s using Clemson as a scape goat.
Honestly I feel sorry for him. I hope he finds peace with his lot. It could always be a lot worse.

He gave up long TD to Alabama TE who was running wheel route and Van just let the guy run right by him while he was staring at Hurts. This was second half of second national championship game. We were shutting them down and then Van let that happen.
My recollection is he got caught doing that on more than one occassion while playing for Clemson.
Poor assignment discipline.

I remember Van Smith very well. He started off good and had a good sophomore year then Kavon Wallace basically took playing time from him. I think he’s still butt hurt he was getting passed over by better players. Still bitter that he’s not in and league and missed out on NIL money. I also don’t believe for one second Dabo punishes kids that don’t attend church. If that were the case he would have been found out about a long time ago. You can’t keep that under wraps.

But it seems to be a coming from a really bad place/lack of wisdom/lack of insight and experience.
