It would be a minor miracle if a Clemson player wins an award like that. Bias towards Clemson exists in some areas.

Given the year Oklahoma has had, I am surprised no one from their team is still in it and would have made them the odds-on favorite. With Val up against players from UCLA and FLA, I think she has a really good chance of coming home with the hardware.

Almost all of Her stats are better than either of those. She batted 500 (4 for 8) against Oklahoma this past weekend. Plus she’s also pitches. The only stat she doesn’t beat both of them at are stolen bases.
