Va Trch sukz but don't judge this on the ACC...

For the season. VA Tech was considered one of the worst ACC teams as far as what they had coming back with a new coaching staff. Now, they maybe are the worst team in the ACC.
Judge more of the ACC on what Tar Holes do at App State, Nancy State at East Carolina, and FSU at LSU this weekend.

WVU actually appears to be a decent team, it’s a rivalry as heated as Clemson-South Carolina and they also won haha
…the ODU loss for VTech is a different level.

While I agree with you, even the doormat SEC vandy went to Hawaii and put up 63. It's perception and sadly the narrative for the ACC is set. Reality of what the other teams do, this is the one ppl will point to.
Had it been BC or Cuse, may get away with it but not a name like VA Tech that has historically been good.

I can’t say it would make a difference…Someone tell me why a P5 team like VT is playing at ODU (stadium maybe holds 20k) in the first place?
Should be a home money game.

I remember in my first years at Clemson when VT & Miami joined the conference and they were both considered ‘elite’ schools. It was an accurate description at the time but since then….wow. Even though they stink, Miami actually has a ton of potential because they’re the major university of the Miami Metro, but I don’t see any way Virginia Tech ever becomes viable again. If we’re comparing teams strictly on the Appalachian Mountains/Blue Ridge, they’re a lot closer to App State than they are Tennessee.

Are you serious? Judge the ACC by beating App St, East Carolina and an LSU team coming off of a 6-7 year with a new coach?
