Take from it what you will.
ACC: 6-1 Big East: 4-1 Atlantic-10: 3-0 SEC: 2-1 (although it is worth noting the other power 5 conferences had 7 teams in the tourney each) Big 10: 4-3 Big 12: 3-4 Pac-12: 2-5 American: 1-4

The Atlantic 10 with three teams and the sec with really only two since vandys game was play in game - a power 5 with only two teams in ncaa tourney is nuts. Although the two in are really good - its unreal how a power 5 can be so lightly regarded

I debated whether or not to even include Vandy, but

The loss just looked so good.
And I agree, pretty unheard of for a power 5 team to only have two team sin the tournament.
In fact, this might be a fact some of our T-Net historians should look into.
When is the last time a power-5 conference only had two teams invited to the tournament?

If you didn't care, then why would you post? Seems odd

I'm simply posting the current records based on conference. No agenda, no extrapolation.
Just interesting to keep track of in my opinion. Do you not watch sporting events that Clemson isn't a part of? Seems limiting. The Super Bowl is a great event each year but I couldn't give less of a #### about who wins.
I sure did have to hear alot about how incredible the Big 12 and Big 10 were all year long. Didn't expect to see them hovering .500 after the first round.

I agree. I find it interesting. The fact that I live in an area that thinks the only conference that exists is the SEC, I do pull for the ACC. I can't seem to help it....maybe it is a flaw.

If I remember correctly from last year, the more teams that advance each round the more money the conference gets. More money for each conference helps all sports!

Wow , Pac 12 huh ? That league was supposed to be a strong one I heard . Guess it takes the tourney to really separate the wheel from the shaft .

You included one opening round result, but not the others.

Missouri Valley is 3-0.
Big Ten is 5-3, including Michigan's opening round win.
AAC is 1-3. They only had four teams in, and you have them 1-4.
