It was a thing of beauty this morning. I'll be watching the progress of this mission very closely.

What a waste of taxpayer money if his was a NASA thing. Circle the moon and come back. That should help with inflation, gas prices, crime, and border problems.

Maybe it's a reconnaissance mission to see what China has been doing on the moon.

I set my alarm for 1am.. Woke up so excited to see it (as I usually can, from the Charleston coast) - walked outside and it was foggy and rainy. Watched on youtube from my phone instead - and then couldn't go back to sleep.

Nope, for all you youngsters this is the first in a series of missions to test the systems before actually putting another man on the Moon. This is basically the same thing NASA did with the Apollo missions leading up to the moon landing in 1969 through the mid 70s.

There’s only three dummies on board.
I think they named them, Beamer, Finebaum, and Klatt.

Video of the separation at 19 miles up was the most fake thing I’ve ever seen. Where was the camera coming from at 22 thousand miles an hour?
Did anyone else question the in space camera work?

Great stuff ! I vaguely remember the last time we lauched a Saturn V rocket in 75 when our astronauts linked up with the Russians in orbit .Made me look for this great video of the launch of Apollo 11 in July 69 .It's the best video I have found of an Apollo launch.

Nice video and there are fools who claim we never landed on the moon.
