As bad as Monday night was, I still think we have a good shot as crazy as that sounds after week 1.

to be honest no i dont, we do not have the play makers they do and our defense is way to soft or was monday unless something major happens, and these things just dont get fixed in a couple of weeks, i really hope we do win but we going to have to do a complete 360 and with what we all saw monday FSU is the more physical team on both sides of the ball remember they played LSU not Dooky.

Clemson is going to be trashed in the media for the next two weeks. A loss to FSU ends any chance of accomplishing anything.
The team will be very motivated with the season on the line, especially in Death Valley.

Depends on how good norvell is tbh. If they come in angry looking for blood over the last 7 years its going to be ugly. If they think "this team lost to duke they aint tough" then an upset is likely.

Really depends. Would not be the first time they over looked Clemson. FSU hasnt had true success lately, Saban warns against "rat poison" and some teams let success blind them. I personally dont see how the 2 teams matchup but im hoping its a competitve game. Preseason i liked Clemson front 7 vs their OL, after watching them in action my confidence in them is a lil shaky.

I mean no sacks and looked slow. I mean, we knew the DEs were shaky but DT and LB too?
I never imagined I'd be thinking the Woodazz was our best player in our front 7.

regardless it will be a close game.
It's like in 2003 when we were blown out by Wake and turn around to beat #3FSU at home.
I can see that possibility, but that didn't make us a very good team in 2003.

I was very shocked on what I saw against Duke but when was the last time we looked good on game 1? Hopefully this team shocks us again and takes down FSU in the Vally.

I always have and I always will. Realistically, I do think we will surprise FSU. Part of me believes we had hoped to hide some of the play book against Duke. If that was the case, the lack of a plan B was our demise

FSU coaching staff won't let them be surprised. They will come in expecting a "cat" fight with seemingly everything on the line for Clemson. If our staff gets our guys properly prepared, and if we can keep it close into the 4th quarter, then I think anything can happen.
You know what they say, a Tiger backed into a corner is the most dangerous...

Our LB play leaves a lot to be desired!
It’s back to the drawing board on those fronts and we are now into the season, so chances of any meaningful progress on those fronts this year is slim to none. The issues are just too fundamentally off.

Absolutely.
Watching some of the analysis videos out there made me feel better about the offense in some ways despite the train wreck performance.
Good news is we have time to work on getting the offense in a better spot before that game.
Hope the team responds with the right stuff and pulls off the win to get us back on track. 🤞 here's to tomorrow looking better.
